Wallet Card
If you have a permit, your customer number is printed on the Wallet Card we sent you.
Permit Renewal Notice
Every permit renewal notice contains your customer number. Look for it in the top left of the page.
Receipt
Every receipt contains your customer number in the top right of the page.
